Submitting a quote request through Reece Executive Charter does not constitute a booking or a reservation of any aircraft. All quotes are estimates subject to aircraft availability, operator confirmation, and final pricing at the time of booking - published or emailed pricing can change if your dates, route, passenger count, or luggage change from what was originally quoted.
A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit or full payment has been received. Payment terms (deposit amount, balance due date, and accepted payment methods) are set out in your individual booking confirmation, not on this page, since they can vary by operator, aircraft, and trip value.
Once a booking is confirmed and paid, the agreed price is locked to that itinerary. Any change you request to the itinerary (date, route, aircraft, or passenger count) may be repriced.
Cancellation notice periods and refund eligibility are set per booking and confirmed in writing before payment, because they depend on the specific operator's own cancellation policy, the aircraft type, and how close to departure the cancellation is made - there is no single fixed cancellation window that applies to every flight.
If an operator cancels a confirmed flight (for example, due to a mechanical issue), we will work to source a suitable replacement aircraft for your original schedule at no additional cost. If no acceptable replacement can be arranged in time, you will not be charged for that leg, and any amount already paid for it will be refunded.
The following are prohibited on any flight arranged through Reece Executive Charter, in addition to anything prohibited by the operating airline, the aircraft's country of registration, or the law of any country in your itinerary:
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, and any required health documentation) for every country on their itinerary. We are not liable for a passenger being denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
Charter flights are operated by independent, appropriately certificated air operators, not by Reece Executive Charter directly - our role is to arrange and coordinate the charter on your behalf. Aircraft sales, acquisitions, and management engagements are governed by their own separate written agreement provided at the time of transaction, which takes precedence over this page for that specific service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reece Executive Charter is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, air traffic control restrictions, government action, strikes, or mechanical issues affecting a third-party operator's aircraft. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury arising from proven negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a specific booking's terms state otherwise (for example, where the operating airline's own conditions of carriage apply to the flight itself).
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Terms already agreed to for a confirmed booking are not affected retroactively by a later update to this page.
